David H. Charlip, B.C.S., Esq.

David H. Charlip is a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist with over 30 years of trial experience and is also one of only 136 Florida Civil Law Notaries. He has managed and litigated cases across the country in states such as Florida, California, Washington, Missouri, South Dakota, New York, Wyoming, Nevada, Indiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Illinois, Maine, Louisiana, and New Hampshire, to name a few.

Mr. Charlip received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida with Honors where he was the Executive Editor of the University of Florida Law Review. He is admitted to both the Florida and New Jersey Bar, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, including Trial Bar, Middle District of Florida, District of New Jersey, the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals and the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Mr. Charlip is the author of numerous scholarly articles.

Francis M. Boyer, Esq

Francis M. Boyer, Esq., is a member of the Bars of Florida (Federal District of North, Middle and South Florida), and the District of Columbia (Washington, DC).

He is one of the few attorneys in Florida who is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an Expert in International Law. Because Florida is the ONLY state in the nation that offers a specialty certification in International Law, he is also one of only 42 in the entire United States as of June 1, 2014.

Thomas J. Skola

Thomas J. Skola is a Fulbright Scholar and 1970 graduate of Columbia Law School. He is a member of the bars of New York, Florida, Washington, D.C. and Brazil and has practiced in Argentina, New York City, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Miami. In 1981 he founded the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida where he has since served as President and Treasurer. Mr. Skola is also the founder and past Advisory Board Member of the Florida-Brazil Institute, which links the educational resources of Florida and Brazil in an effort to create partnerships and pursue economical development goals.

Jeffrey L. Price

As a member of The Florida Bar, and his background as a building contractor, Jeff became a charter member of the Florida Bar Construction Law Certification Task Force, which set the educational and practice standards for Florida attorneys who wish to become board certified in construction law. Being one of the first attorneys to be certified as an “expert” in construction law by The Florida Bar Mr. Price may append the title “Board Certified Specialist” to his name.

Mr. Price specializes in the area of design and construction defects; differential site conditions; unclear specifications, plans or drawings; constructability; construction management failures and delay damages; water intrusion and surety law.

Santiago Alpizar

Graduated in July 15, 1983 from Central University in Santa Clara (Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas – UCLV), Cuba as Licensed in Law; I practiced law in Cuba as Criminal Defense Attorney and Civil Litigator until I escaped in a raft on August 1994. On May 2002 I obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. I started practicing law in Miami Florida on February 2004. I have a general practice with emphasis on Immigration, Insurance Law, Criminal Defense including Traffic Citations, Real Estate; and Corporate Law. I have handled several high profile cases including four criminal defenses in capital punishment cases in Cuba. I have also served as expert witness in Cuba law well known cases before U.S. Federal Courts involving Cuban anti-Castro activists. I have represented Cuban heirs before U.S. courts. I have always served my clientele with the utmost sincerity.

Laurence D. Gore, Esq

Mr. Gore graduated from Southern Methodist University and received his JD from Nova Law School. He has spent considerable time in advanced courses having studied at SMU’s branch campus in Madrid, Spain and Nova University programs at Oxford University and The Hague. He has been extensively involved in international law and Travel Law for many years, serving in many capacities with the Florida Bar International Law Section including as its chairman and representative to the International Bar Association and founder of the Travel Law Committee.

Emilio Guizar Pereyra

Emilio Guizar Pereyra is a Notary Public in Monterrey, Mexico and a certified Arbitrator by the State of Nuevo Leon’s Judiciary. He studied Law at the ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico where he graduated in 2003. In 2006 he obtained a degree in International Commercial Arbitration Law (LLM) from Stockholm University, Sweden. His early professional experience was focused on tax litigation as a clerk at a Federal Tax Court in Monterrey, Mexico and later as a litigator in Mexico City working for PWC. After returning from Stockholm he took a position as a lawyer at the Notary Public’s office where he currently practices.
